Strict No-Refund Policy
All subscription fees and digital purchases are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once digital access is granted.
Because LuckyMedico delivers instantaneous digital benefits (unlimited health logs, AI analyses, and downloadable reports), payments are final. You can easily cancel your auto-renewal anytime from your account settings to prevent future billing cycles, and your premium benefits will remain active through the end of the paid period.
