  • Family health monitoring dashboard (subscription required for advanced insights)

IMPORTANT: The information and tools provided by LuckyMedico are for educational and informational purposes only. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized use

5. Subscription Services & No-Refund Policy

Certain features and tier levels (Basic, Pro, Family) require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees in USD ($) for US users or INR (₹) for Indian users at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date through your account settings
  • Strict No-Refund Policy: All digital subscription fees and purchases are strictly non-refundable once digital access is provisioned. You may cancel renewal at any time, and access will continue through the end of the paid billing cycle without future charges.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
  • Use the Service to provide medical advice to third parties
  • Misrepresent your identity or credentials

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Geographic Focus & Governing Law

LuckyMedico primarily focuses on and serves users situated within the United States and India.

  • For Users in India: These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
  • For Users in the United States: These Terms shall be interpreted under applicable US federal and state commercial laws. Any consumer disputes will be subject to applicable arbitration and consumer statutes.
