Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
- Log in to your LuckyMedico account
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to all paid features until expiry
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your data will be preserved and accessible with the free plan
Cancellation Timeline
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime before the next billing date
- Annual subscriptions: Cancel anytime, access continues until the year ends
Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment
- Technical Issues: Full refund if you experienced significant technical problems
- Duplicate Charges: Immediate refund for any accidental duplicate payments
- Unauthorized Transactions: Full refund for payments made without your authorization
Non-Refundable Situations
- Subscriptions after the 7-day period
- Partial month/year usage (pro-rata refunds not provided)
- Change of mind after extensive use of premium features
Refund Processing Time
- 3-5 business days for processing
- 5-7 business days for bank credit
